Progress Report for training Marathon.

Only 2 weeks to go for Half Marathon Penang Bridge..... Yeah.....


Report Week 1: Not successful.... huhu
Last friday, my scandal ask me to join her karok at IOI mall.
Maybe next time should explain to her that i am in a training for half marathon.

WEEK 1

SUN4-NovRun 5 round Shah Alam lake (17.5 km)  NOT DONE... (Replace next week).

TUE6-Nov1 hour Body Balance,
1 hour Zumba,
Run (10 km)
WED7-Nov1 hour Body Pump,
2 hours Badminton

1 hour RPM
SAT10-NovRun 4 round Shah Alam lake (14km)
SUN11-NovRun 5 round Shah Alam lake (17.5 km)



TARGET HALF MARATHON PENANG BRIDGE : TO FINISH LESS THAN 3 HOURS.
